Learning a lot through this process... actually most of my spiritual learnings are no more a concept, but now all are being experienced... actualized,”. Gang rape teen girl in Damak.

19 Poush, A nineteen years old girl has been the victim of gang rape in Damak, jhapa on Wednesday night. Area police office, damak said, four person raped the girl after forcefully taken to a Himalaya Gudrik tea garden at damak-9.

She was talking with her boyfriend at about 7 pm on the highway near tea garden, while they hurried her boyfriend and raped her.  She was rescued about 4 AM this morning.

Out of four, police have arrested three persons. The arrested are Sachin Bhattarai, 17 yrs, Sandeep Darji,18 yrs, Ashish Darnal, 19 yrs of Damak -9. They all accepted their crime.  Another accused is searching police.

A pregnant teenage student has committed suicide

A pregnant teenage student has committed suicide. Reported that eighteen years teen Annu karna, who was from

Sirah district and living in Biratnagar, hanged herself after being reportedly dejected by her lover.

She was a 10th grader at the Lord Buddha Boarding School of Biratnagar.

She lived with her 3 sisters, commited suicide because she was miserable in love with Udaya yadav, District Police Morang said.  She was a three-months' pregnant too, said the Koshi Zonal Hospital.

Manisha koirala moved to US to treat Cancer.

Bollywood star Manisha koirala has been reported with ovarian cancer after diagnosed in Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai. Her father Prakash koirala said the cancer is in preliminary stage and can be cured through operation. She was taken to New York to admit to memorial sloan-kettering cancer centre on saturday

She was admitted to Norvic hospital, Kathmandu on suspect of food poisoning but she was referred  to Mumbai on Tuesday for further diagnosis. After diagnosis in Mumbai, according to the family source, she was flown to US for further treatment.

Manisha was born in a political family in Nepal.  Her Grandfather late BP koirala was the 1^st elected Prime minister of Nepal. He was a Great leader of Nepali congress. Her uncle late Girija Prasad Koirala was known as brokering peace deal with Maoist rebels. She was in Kathmandu from beginning of November for doing up her new house. Her first lead in Bollywood film was in 1991. Since then she starred in several films and gave many hit films like, Saudagar, Akele hum, Akele tum, Bombay, Dil se.

Nepali congress Leader Mr. Bhim Bahadur Tamang passed away

Senior Leader of Nepali congress Mr. Bhim Bahadur tamang  has passed away due to heart attack on Saturday morning. He was 78 years old.

He was taken to Norvic hospital after he felt respiratory problems in the morning after came back from morning walk. Doctors declared him dead after  inspection at the hospital at around 9 am.

Tamang was the central member of Nepali congress. He was residing at house of advocate Radhe shyam adhikari since 1995. Tamang was born in 1993 at dolakha. He was actively involved in an armed revolt waged by NC. He struggles for democracy and was jailed several times. He was a former minister of law.

Large number of NC leaders and activists reached Norvic hospital after his death. Nepali congress has expressed condolence on his death and said his body will be kept on party headquarters  in sanepa from 12 PM to pay last respects.

After that incident, Maoist members attacked and injured him. He was immediately taken in police custody on Nepal Police Club, Pradarshanimarga. Police has been investigating about the case.

The 10th day of the Bada Dashain festival is being celebrated across the country today with great enthusiasm by receiving Teeka and blessings from elders.

"On the day of Vijaya Dashami, , the offerings to Nawa Durga are immersed in rivers and ponds as per religious rituals (Bisarjan) from 10:35 am and the auspicious hour of receiving Teeka is 11: 29 am," said Dr. Madhav Bhattarai, President of the Nepal Calendar Determination Committee.

Although the auspicious hour for receiving Prasad of Devi has been fixed 11:29 am today as per the requirement of the calendar, the entire day after the immersion of the Goddess is auspicious for that purpose, Dr Bhattarai said.

The worship of Durga Bhawani at Dashainghars over nine days concludes formally on the day of Bijaya Dashami after the Abhishekh or sprinkling of holy water takes place marking the beginning of Teeka.

People receive Teeka and Jamara till the full moon day. Teeka and Jamara are considered the auspicious gifts of the goddess Nawa Durga and they signify prosperity.

It is believed that one need not seek an auspicious hour if one undertakes any new assignment, campaign or journey on the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashami.

The Vijaya Dashami festival is celebrated in commemoration of the victory of truth over evil and the victory of divine forces over demonic forces.

Prez to offer Teeka to public

KATHMANDU: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav will offer Dashain Teeka to the general public from 12.30 pm on Wednesday on the occasion of the Vijaya Dashami festival.

According to the Office of the President, the gate of Shital Niwas, the President's Residence, would remain open until 5.00 pm on Wednesday for people interested in receiving Teeka from the President.

Even after the abolition of monarchy in 2008, the President, on his capacity as the head of the state, continued the Teeka tradition.

Simulataneously, the deposed king, Gyanendra Shah, has also continued the age old tradition of the royal family.

Nepali students not secured in India

Nepali students not secured in India:

A Nepali student at National Law School in the southern Indian city of Bangalore was ' gang-rape d' on Saturday night, police said. The incident was revealed on Monday morning after the victim in her early twenties registered a first information report with Jnanabharathi Police Station.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) in Bangalore, SN Siddaramappa, told the Post over the phone that search for the culprits had been intensified. "We have arrested a number of suspects. However, their involvement could not be immediately established," he added.

Siddaramappa informed that the police were waiting for the victim's medical reports. "Results of the medical tests are important but they are not the only criteria to establish that rape has taken place. The victim's statement is the most important thing--she has reported that she was gang-rape d and, hence, we are moving ahead on that basis," said Siddaramappa.

Police have notified the Nepali embassy in New Delhi about the incident. Embassy officials immediately talked to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, requesting authorities to look into the matter seriously.

"After receiving the information, we have talked to the concerned officials and urged them to bring the culprits to book as soon as possible," said Tirtha Raj Wagle, counsellor at the Nepali embassy.

In the complaint lodged with the police, the victim is said to have stated that she was raped by a gang of eight miscreants. The gang attacked her male companion during a walk, before dragging her to an isolated place to rape, Indian media have reported.

i)                    Computer can't start :   if the computer can't start, when you press the power key, check the computer power cable if it is plugged into outlet properly. Also check the Voltage is enough for computer.

ii)                   Monitor screen is blank : if the screen is blank, check first whether your monitor  plugged into an outlet and connects to the computer safely and correctly. Make sure that the monitor power button is on. And the computer can be configured to display the image on the computer screen correctly. Also check the screen resolution size on display properties.  Problem on RAM also cause blank screen. Check the RAM is placed properly. Sometimes the blank screen may appear when it has problem on Video card. So, check all for proper connection.

iii)                 Software are not operating normally : if the computer is running but it is not responding to your commands and software programs are not running normally or gradually become slower or stop responding at all, then press and hold the power button until the computer turns off. Now restart your computer. You can improve the performance of your computer by uninstalling unnecessary programs and cleaning unwanted files from hard disk. Run disk defragment utility once a month. Get rid of unnecessary icons on desktop. Always make on firewall. Install a good antivirus software and scan whole computer time to time.

iv)                 External device doesn't work : if any external device does not work, turn on the device according to manufacturer's instruction. Make sure that the all connection are proper and it is compatible with the operating system. The correct drivers are installed and updated.

Here is some tips for what to do, Sometimes computer has become gradually slower to operate, response and the hard disks seems busy most of the time then the computer may need service to speed up your computer. Here are some tasks, if you perform all these eight tasks, you will feel your pc almost like new again. It can prevent your hard disk scratch from formatting and reinstalling windows again as well as it saves your valuable time, i.e. it speed up your computer.
1) Run scandisk:
Scandisk can run from command prompt, with the /f parameter for fix errors so it can repair errors to hard disk. to run scandisk :
1. Start>
2. run>
3. cmd.exe >
4. Type chkdsk /f.
5. A message "Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restart ? ". type y.
6. Then a message "This volume will be checked the next time the system restarts." Appear.
7. C:\Documents and settings\Suman>Type: exit.
That will check your computer for hard disk errors after next restart.
2) Remove Temp , history files and other junk files.:
In general use or in the course of surfing internet, computer creates lots of temporary files. While installing software, it often decompress themselves to a temporary folder, which doesn't delete itself afterwards. Large space can be used by those temporary files and is simply a waste of computer space & memory. You can use disk cleanup tool which will clean the unnecessary files. You can delete windows temporary files yourself with following command :
1.Start
2.Run
3.%temp%

3) Clean system startup:
When you install new software, it will add some part itself to your system start up. Then when your computer boot up, the software become preloaded showing little icon in the system tray. This do something harm without you knowing about it. Your computer might short of available RAM, If too many things are in your start up. Which will show your computer out of memory to the hard disk and it will slow down your computer. So if you don't need preloaded any program, it is quite necessary to remove them.
To configure your start up, you can run "MSCONFIG" a program which comes with windows. You can run with following command :>
1. Start
2. Run
3. type "msconfig.exe".
Then you can configure your startup item or programs to load or unload itself when computer starts.it really works to speed up your computer.

4) Run system file checker.
if a file is found corrupted, system file checker checks the core system file then it will prompt you to insert your original windows installation CD into your CD\DVD-Room, to restore the file. The correct windows installation CD with the correct level of service pack installed is needed for correction. The most of user uses the windows XP service pack 2.
To run on windows XP:
1. click start
2. Run
3. Type: sfc /scannow.
4. Windows fine protection checks.
5. It will prompt for insert windows XP professional CD/DVD on CD/DVD ROM.
6. Insert correct CD/DVD on CD/DVD ROM.
5) Clean the registry:
The registry stores data and settings for all the hardware, software and user setting of windows and your software. After installing some programs, they don't remove their entries from registry. So the registry become like orphan, corrupt entries. In such a condition, System errors can occur because of a file specified in the registry not longer exists on the hard disk. To prevent the system errors, when software tries to access the registry, you will need to perform a repair or replace it with a recent backup.

6) Scan for and remove spyware & adware programs. Without your knowing, Sometimes spyware or adware programs are installed, when you install a software. In hidden mode, these programs monitor your activities and surfing habits and report them back to their creators for many purpose like marketing research. These all be using up ram and CPU, while running and they are for unnecessary job completely. These programs may reporting your surfing habits and other activities to there databases. I strongly recommend to install windows XP service pack2. it contains firewall for blocking unwanted requests an unauthorized installed objects to your pc from web pages and it also have a pop up block in the internet explorer. To remove all these unnecessary software, there are several programs available .

7) Scan and remove viruses.:
I found that, it has no antivirus software installed in most of system, which i service. Therefore the system infected with many viruses as a result computer will slow down and become very unstable because the viruses instruct your computer to look for other files or emails to infect as well as they may doing work to damage your system files. if you don't have any antivirus installed on your system, there are numbers of antivirus software available. The main ways in which viruses spread were through pen drive & e-mail /internet. So, i recommend to scan the drive for viruses before use and disable the preview pane on your emails. I also advice to install service pack 2, if you are running windows XP. And install a full version of antivirus software. No one has any excuse for not to have any antivirus software installed. After scaning the computer with a latest updated antivirus software results speed up your computer.
8) Hard disk Defragmentation.:
In your hard disk, where files used to be there become a gap, when files are deleted from your harddisk. the next time, when you write a new file, the gap is filled with a part, if the new file is large and the rest part of that file will write to another gap or space. Over the period of time, the files are fragmented across the disk instead of store in continuous block. It cause the hard disk head is not continuously moving about all over the disk to read the files. Defragment of your hard disk make lots of improvement to performance.
To run Defragmentation tool :
1. Right click on the drive Letter in my computer.
2. Select- Properties.
3. Tools.
4. Defragment Now.
that's it.
Also make sure that all the hardware drivers are installed and updated on your hard disk.
After performing all these task & run all utilities, you should find your computer system has much improved performance and stability, hence it speed up your computer.

1. Log on to your facebook account, then Click on Arrow right to the Home.

2. Click on privacy settings.

3. Then go to Blocked People and Apps category and click on Manage blocking.

4. Go to the Block users tab then type the desired Name or Email ID of your friend to Block.

5. Now Click on Block. That’s all.

Same way you also can Block app invites and Block event invites.
